I have been practising yoga for 10 years since my parents first introduced me to this amazing form of exercise when I was a student suffering from feelings of stress and anxiety in my final year of study. I have found that maintaining a regular yoga practice is a great way of both managing emotions and staying fit and healthy.
I enjoy coming to both the flow and restorative yoga classes at Studio 70; it's fun to practice with other like-minded people in a purpose-built environment! When I come off my yoga mat after practice I feel re-energised, relaxed and alert, and have a clearer perspective on things.
A lot of men might feel reluctant to try yoga but the great thing about yoga is that anyone can benefit from a regular practice.
