We currently offer pregnancy Yoga, Mat Pilates and Refomer Pilates classes.
Pregnancy Yoga
Wednesdays 5.15pm, 75 minues
Join us for a slow flow prenatal yoga class with specific antenatal postures to help you stay grounded, light and energised during pregnancy.
Through a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation, you should leave the class relaxed, nurtured and empowered with a new network of supportive friends.
Suitable from 12 weeks.
Pregnancy Mat Pilates
Sundays 5pm, 60 minutes
A class developed specifically with antenatal postures to help you stay grounded, strong and energised during pregnancy.
This pregnancy pilates session is a great way to connect with your baby, take some time out of your busy week, and help to relieve common aches and pains while gaining strength and preparing you for an active labour and birth.
Suitable from 12 weeks.

A class specifically created to feel strong, energised and connected during pregnancy.
Reflect on your changing body, move, breath and stretch with us in the class made to connect mind and body, while meeting other pregnant folks in community.
Suitable from 12 weeks. Please get a medical approval before attending Reformer Pilates in Pregnancy.
