Studio 70’s Off the Grid retreat is an invitation for you to explore time, space and community, away from digital distractions and busy city life.
From Friday 4th to Sunday 6th September 2026, Old Kilmun House will be a home away from home for our group of compassionate and like-minded souls, coming together to share yoga, breath, nature and nourishment.

Our cosy retreat home
Our retreat will be held at Old Kilmun House, a stunning 7 bedroom loch-side country house in the idyllic area of Kilmun, and within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
With a 2-acre garden that surrounds the house, our yoga sessions will take place in the cosy yurt with a wood-burning stove.

You’ll be expected to make your own way to the venue, and car pooling is encouraged where possible.

All balances must be paid in full by August 1st.
