I love yoga because it really relaxes me after a long day at work or if I have had a stressful day. I stopped practising yoga for a number of months due to starting a full time course at Uni. This came to an end and with having a dip in my mental health, I decided I really wanted to get back into yoga. It spurred me into signing up for the 6 week beginner course with Michelle. From the first week of beginners, I genuinely feel my mental health is improving through the practice of yoga and the meditation techniques/breathing techniques used. I would recommend yoga to anyone! It is suitable for all shapes and sizes I genuinely thought I couldn’t do yoga until I started practising it and couldn’t have it in my life anymore - it’s my time for relaxation.
We have new six week beginners courses starting on Wednesday 18th April from 6.30pm-7.45pm and Monday 23rd April from 8.00pm-9.00pm.
