This beginners course will walk you through the foundational yoga practice to give you confidence to build your yoga practice in a way that feels good for your own body. Jasmine will teach you some yoga poses that are often practiced for their health benefits for your body and mind.

This course is self paced so you can do a class once a day or once a week. We want you to make this practice your own. Explore, experiment and be curious! This is an invitation to take some time out for yourself and build a habit that supports you in whatever phase of life you’re in.

The course consists of 8 classes:

  1. An introduction to yoga and how to set up your home practice

  2. Meditation and Mindfulness

  3. Sun Salutations

  4. Standing Postures

  5. Balancing Postures

  6. Twists

  7. Backbends

  8. Putting it all together - a Beginners Flow class
