A private yoga session is a fantastic way to give yourself some self-care and find ease in your own body.  Our experienced teachers will support you to build a strong yoga practice. 

This strong foundation will last for years to come and that is the best gift you could give your body.  

We are now offering private, in-person yoga sessions for individuals or small groups from the same household. 

Maybe you’ve fallen away from your regular practice and you want to get back into it, or you want something more tailored to your needs.  Either way, you’ll soon feel powerful in your body and spacious in your mind.

How it works:

You’ll send us a message to register your interest in a session with us. We will get in touch with you to agree a date for your first class.

We’ll give you a call for a pre-session consultation. This will help us discover exactly where you are just now, how you’re feeling and what you most desire to work on so that we can tailor your session to your needs.

Then we’ll have our first in person class together in the studio which lasts for 60 minutes. You’ll learn breathing techniques that help you calm down and practice poses that allow you to feel awesome in your body.

Practicing yoga doesn’t have to be hard or intimidating. You don’t have to be fit or flexible to practice yoga.

You already have everything you need to step on to your mat and begin your journey! I’ll show you how to build a practice that nourishes your body and mind.
