Explore the importance of the basic foundations, modifications and key actions for each stage of the asana, to help you build confidence and find a variation that works for you and your body. We will also be doing some partner work.
Asana is a way to prepare the body for meditation. We will close the session with pranayama and meditation, leaving you feeling grounded and balanced.
This class is open to all, although we advise you come with a regular practice and an understanding of foundational yoga poses.
